  • United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • Customers using the website who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and www.chahrazadsbakery.com policies and rules.
  • The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

DELIVERY POLICY

At Chahrazad’s Bakery, we operate as a pre-order website to ensure your macarons are baked fresh.

  • Process: Shipping is handled by our internal team or a third-party courier specialized in food handling to ensure items arrive in good condition.
  • Proof of Delivery: A delivery receipt must be signed and confirmed by the customer upon arrival.
  • Delivery Locations & Fees: We deliver to all areas within the UAE. A flat delivery fee of AED 32 applies to all orders.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • Standard UAE Delivery: Within 1 – 2 working days (most orders are delivered next day).
    • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 4 working days.
  • International Delivery: We currently do not offer international shipping due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • Avoid Delays: Please provide your full address and active contact details to ensure a smooth delivery process.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products and our “made-to-order” pre-order system, no cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed and confirmed. We kindly ask all customers to review their cart thoroughly before checking out.
Return Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food items. If there is an issue with your order, please see our Refund Policy below.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the food is delivered in bad condition, is defective, or is the wrong product.

  • Process: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any issues must be reported immediately to our team.
  • Terms: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
