Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products and our “made-to-order” pre-order system, no cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed and confirmed. We kindly ask all customers to review their cart thoroughly before checking out.
Return Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food items. If there is an issue with your order, please see our Refund Policy below.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if the food is delivered in bad condition, is defective, or is the wrong product.
- Process: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any issues must be reported immediately to our team.
- Terms: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
